The Blossom House Floral Designs

We've been working with Jacqui from the Blossom house for at least a month now. Ours is a delicate relationship as she is undertaking a very sensitive task for us; the maintenance of my brothers resting place. We incurred our differences at one point and got off on the wrong foot. We had expressed some concerns, however, Jacqui addressed our complaints very responsibly and turned our hearts around swiftly. She was kind to visit my brother free of charge to rectify an issue we had encountered, video called us to share the experience and even enabled my mum to pray for her son before she left and finished up. Though she had only gone to water she also tidied up and arranged cover for the task whilst she was going to be away. She was thoughtful and much more approachable, she even moved some of the plants around to help them through the heat. We had tasked Jacqui with a most precious request and she clearly understood how dear the matter was to make sure our concerns were resolved. We are very pleased and appreciative that Jacqui was willing to meet us on level ground and comfort us so we felt much safer and confident my brother would be taken care of...
